Mind Ally believes that there will be a day when people, even on their worst day, will still get up and go to work because of the organizational support systems that have been put into place.

Created by a certified CMHA Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, The Mind Ally Workplace Program is designed to optimize your organization’s psychological health and safety experience and overall culture.

We do this by identifying ways to minimize costs, while increasing overall productivity. Regardless of the size or budget of your organization, our goal is to help you advocate for a culture that reinforces a high level of care and belief in its people.

Mind Ally offers this service through a three tiered process:

  1. Assessment
  2. Evaluation
  3. Recommendations

Mind Ally Peer Support Program

Mind Ally’s Peer Support Program was created with the Peer Support Canada’s Code of Conduct competencies and core values in mind.

This practical training program equips people with the core knowledge and skills needed to offer peer support services to friends, family and more.

This program is designed to:

  • Train people on how to become a bridge that connects individuals suffering from mental health issues to the professional help they require.
  • Help people feel comfortable providing support to individuals in their time of need, while they await professional help.
  • Educate participants with a self-care model, which allows them to recognize their own mental health needs both before and while they support others.

In addition to the above outcomes, The Mind Ally Peer Support Program, aims to help carve meaningful career paths for both youth and adults alike.

Our training aligns with Peer Support Canada’s prerequisites for formal Certification as a recognized Peer Support Worker in Canada. Peer Support Certification is a confirmation of one’s knowledge, skills and experience as a peer supporter. The certification verifies one’s alignment with the nationally endorsed Standard of Practice and recognized across Canada.
