I am an Energy Healing Practitioner who is passionate about learning ways to keep positive energy locked into our souls. I am certified in Reflexology, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, as well as Personal Training. My background for the past 20 years has been in health care, as a Social Service Worker, supporting individuals having multiple disabilities. My gift of compassion for others has led me down this wonderful journey.

I believe I am here to guide people towards growth in the area of wellness, relaxation and balancing our mental health. We need support, now more than ever and I look forward to crossing paths with you.
